Hello Honeybees,
I love new experiences and recently I attended my first, but not my last, Chick Who Mix, The Southern Comfort Edition.
Talk about fun!!
The location was perfect. 300 South Main Gallery. I love the South Main district. I hope to make it home one day.
The weather was HOT, HOT, HOT but inside was cool.

The decor was festive and inviting.

The food was just enough that you could have a little something on your stomach. Alcohol on an empty stomach is not a good thing for me.

Everything that we needed to mix our drinks was provided in such a creative presentation. Our bartender was so sweet and patient with us.

I only knew one person before I got there but that was not the case by the time I left. I discovered that the person sitting next to me also loved to thrift and she owns one of my favorite cupcake shops.
We mixed, laughed and had a great time.
I enjoyed all of my drinks. The thing that I liked most was that I could make my drink as strong or not as strong as I wanted. Since I’m not a heavy drinker. I made my drink to my liking. I finished all of my first drink but I had to slow down after that.

This was a great way for me to kick off my birthday week.
I even won the grand prize. The best chocolate in Memphis and the Mid-South.

I’m so jealous that I missed this. It looks like it was so much fun!
